Keeping things simple is a good thing. Most clients don’t have the infrastructure and expertise to set up, manage, and maintain their own physical web host server. Not everybody wants to. Unless you have the time, know-how, hardware, and network bandwidth, most clients are better off turning to a web hosting provider. I prefer this route because they provide everything needed to get set up with a server, and all the customer has to do is create the site and develop their content.

The same can pretty much be said with podcast hosting services.

Hosting services are great. Leave the servers, network,  bandwidth, setup, maintenance, and support  in the hands of the hosting service so you customers can spend more time developing their web presence, promoting their products or services, and creating content.
